    • Our products are exclusive and original

    • For Printed Artworks: We use a 250+ GSM paper with semi-gloss finish and high-quality UV protected ink, which will last a lifetime. Frames for printed artwork are handmade in Australia with a white matte board and non-reflective glass. Frame sizes are as follows:

      • 2 cm frame border with 2-inch matte board for 8x12" and 12x18" image sizes​

      • 3 cm frame border with 3-inch matte board for 20x30" and 24x36" image sizes

    • ​Stretched canvas artworks are 360 GSM canvas stretched across a 3 cm frame and ready to hang. Framing for stretched canvas artworks are floati​ng frames with 2.5 cm width, including the space between the canvas and frame. Loose canvas available only upon request

    • Acrylic artworks are made from light but durable plexi-glass

    • HD metal print artworks are treated to prevent corrosion which makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor environment

    Delivery and Returns

    Delivery within Australia​

    • We offer free standard delivery within Australia and provide a tracking number once your product has been dispatched.

    • For print artworks, your orders will be dispatched within 3 business days and you should receive the parcel 1-5 days after dispatch

    • For framed prints, delivery takes 10-25 business days

    • For canvas and floating frame canvas artworks, delivery takes 5-10 business days

    • For acrylic and HD metal prints, delivery may take up to 10-25 days

    Delivery outside Australia​​

    • Overseas delivery rates do not include customs and import fees. Please check any customs or import fees before purchasing.

    • Overseas delivery may take 14-25 business days longer than shipment times specified above.

    Returns for all locations​

    • In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, WE are responsible and we will issue a replacement. If you have not received your item within the shipping times indicated, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

    • If for any reason, you would like to return the artwork you have purchased, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. This includes change of mind. Your refund will be processed after we have received the returned product. Please email us at support@thelandscapephotographer.com.au if you would like to return an order.
